The staff at Hayman-Joyce were proactive and helpful throughout the sale process. An excellent and attractive brochure led to a good number of viewings by interested parties from a wide range of sources. The property went on the market at the start of a difficult market so took some time to finally achieve an acceptable buyer, but the energy levels and ideas from the team did not diminish at any point and produced a steady flow of viewings. I was kept fully informed throughout the process.
