We cannot recommend Hayman-Joyce highly enough. Having previously purchased our property through their Moreton-in-Marsh office, it was a natural choice to engage them to sell it for us. The process of valuation, marketing and managing viewings was handled seamlessly and to a highly professional standard. Once sold, however, significant problems with the house sale beneath us led to a delay of some eight months between offer and completion. Dealing with situations such as this is what separates poor service from excellent, and thanks to our excellent relationship with the Hayman office, and Tom Mellor in particular, we were able to navigate this fraught period successfully. Tom kept in tireless contact with our buyer, their selling agent and solicitor, as well as probing the more opaque aspects of the chain to make sure we knew what was happening, even when the news was not good or difficult to interpret. An unhesitatingly five-star service.

Selling your property can be stressful but the staff at Hayman Joyce helped us all the way, from initial valuation to the final completion day. I must mention Tom Mellor who went above and beyond with regular updates and successfully getting the best price. He also provided a lot of hand holding and encouragement. Just wanted to say our appreciation to John and all the team at Hayman-Joyce Moreton-in-Marsh Branch for helping myself and my Sister to sell my late Mum's property. From the very first meeting held with John he really appreciated our situation and we were grieving for the loss of a parent, he dealt with us with total empathy and patient and explained the process of marketing and selling a property, what we would need to do to have the property ready to go to market and what we would expect, their fees and what they would do to manage a sale. The process was seamless and in a very challenging market place we had an agreed sale within 16 weeks, John always kept us in the loop with regular telephone conversations and the progress. The staff at Hayman-Joyce were proactive and helpful throughout the sale process. An excellent and attractive brochure led to a good number of viewings by interested parties from a wide range of sources. The property went on the market at the start of a difficult market so took some time to finally achieve an acceptable buyer, but the energy levels and ideas from the team did not diminish at any point and produced a steady flow of viewings. I was kept fully informed throughout the process.
